The route follows Denmark's longest mountain bike track in one of the wildest area's of the Danish west coast. The forest has the largest pack of otter's and red deer in Denmark. 54km.
The route leads runners around the "Nissum Fjord" in the western part of denmark. It starts and finishes in the little city "Vemb".
