Saddle Rock Trail (NE)

Description

Saddle Rock Trail at Scotts Bluff National Monument is a 3.2-mile round-trip hike starting from the Visitor Center and ascending 587 feet to the top of the bluff. The trail includes a tunnel, dramatic rock formations, and panoramic views of the North Platte River Valley. It offers a moderately challenging climb and showcases unique geological features along the way.

Königstour im Alpstein: Official route as described by the tourism office Appenzellerland (link) collecting all 25 mountain huts. The loop can be run in either direction and with any starting point along the way.

Monte Cevedale via the common route, perfect for speedascents.

If the conditions are good, its very easy to run exept the last meters to summit.

Be careful, Rifugio Casati is closed and, after that, you run on a permanent glacier, maximum attention!
