The Snowdonia Way Main Route is a long-distance walking trail through Eryri (Snowdonia), North Wales, stretching approximately 156 km (97 miles) from Machynlleth to Conwy. It takes a varied, lower-level approach through the national park, combining valleys, woodland, farmland, lakes and mountain foothills, with regular views of the surrounding peaks. The route passes through a number of rural communities and historic landscapes, making it as much about experiencing the character of Snowdonia as it is about reaching the mountains.
