Yunam Peak at 6111 meters above sea level is a stunning peak located in the Lahaul district of Himachal Pradesh near the famous Baralacha La Pass. The summit offers fantastic views of the Chandra Bhaga Range and the Mulkilla Range with views stretching as far as Zanskar. The path to Yunam Peak is difficult and is meant for experienced trekkers only due to the high altitude gain and bone-chilling winds as you make your way up to the summit across moraines and scree. July to September are the best months to climb here.

Kaakkurinkierros is a natural park hiking trail located in Repovesi national park. Kaakkurinkierros is the main trail and passes by all the park trail heads.

Difficulty: If you are setting out on a longer hike, you should ideally possess some hiking experience and set aside enough time to make the hike. Even though there are many rises and descents along the way, the park also has easy, flat terrain.
