Ścieżka o długości około 70 km przeznaczona jest dla turystyki pieszej i rowerowej. Na trasie znajdują pola bitew, powstańcze mogiły, pomniki oraz cmentarz wojenny żołnierzy poległych w 1831 roku pod Sokołdą, ekspozycja historii Puszczy Knyszyńskiej oraz Leśna Galeria Rzeźby poświęcona Powstańcom 1863 roku. Na trasie ścieżki znajduje się m.in. wieża widokowa, kładka przez bagna, wiaty i zadaszenia, tablice informacyjne.

Le GR® 422 : Un chemin à caractère historique en pays dauphinois de Lyon à Valence.

Cet itinéraire retrace une partie du voyage des Rois en Dauphiné durant l’année 1564.

La trace traverse trois départements : le Rhône, l'Isère et la Drome, jonglant entre les châteaux et vestiges médiévaux.

C'est un itinéraire pédestre adapté au VTT avec des sections roulantes et plus exigeantes autour d'Hauterives. Toutes surfaces y est parcourus.

Mostly narrow, gravel paths without technical difficulties. There is small hut in 1/3 of the road where you can buy beverage and snacks (near Velka Deštna). 

This 50k traverse is a point to point grand tour of trails that form a horseshoe between the La Quinta Cove and the Palm Springs Indian Canyons which holds the worlds largest grove of Filifera (Washingtonian Palms). The views are stunning, the trails are challenging and depending on the time of year, it can be done in multiple styles.
