This is a simple there-and-back starting from the big ornamental gate in front of Gwanaksan Station (on the Sillim Line of the Seoul Metro). The first kilometer or so is on a paved road. Next is a stretch through the forest on stones lodged in concrete and large stones packed in dirt. This section follows the stream Dorimcheon. At the 2.8km point, it's necessary to turn left (east) and proceed along a smaller stream. At the waterfall (which is dry at some times of year), the real climb begins, up scattered stones and three sets of wooden stairs.

The Lakeshore Trail is an approximate 35 mile point-to-point trail from Fontana Dam to Bryson City NC. It is one of the few long-distance trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The route begins at the trailhead off Lakeview Drive on the Fontana Dam side, and ends at the trailhead just through the Road to Nowhere tunnel at the Lakeview Drive parking area on the Bryson City side. The route is marked fairly well with signage at all/most intersections, although no blazes. Also worth nothing, the Benton MacKaye follows the Lakeshore Trail for the entire 35 miles.

Départ depuis l'église de Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, descente à Flumet puis montée par Chaucisse sous les Aravis. Direction le sommet du Charvin par le Pas de l'Ours puis descente en direction du Bouchet-Mont-Charvin avant une section roulante jusqu'à La Bottière.

One of the New Zealand/ Aotearoa Great Walks - the Routeburn Track is a high-mountain traverse that links the Fiordland and Mount Aspiring national parks. It is an point to point run with exciting, fast, runnable terrain and equally rapidly changing weather conditions. An excellent day out!
