The Convservation Trail is one of the branch trails of the Finger Lake Trails Conference.  It is the conference's longest branch trail.  It is a connector trail from the North Country Trail and the Bruce Trail. 

Its southern terminus is on the border of New York state and Pennsylvania state in the Allegany State Park and its northern terminus is the Rainbow Bridge at Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. 

Parkmöglichkeit unterhalb der Haarnadelkurve (Wanderparkplatz zur Ammergauer Kreuzspitze). Von dort auf die Kreuzspitze (2.184m), über den Grat weiter zum Kuchelbergkopf (2.026m) und zur Kuchelbergspitze (2020m). Dann Abstieg zum Ellmauwald und über Forstwege zum Schloss Linderhof. Von dort Aufstieg in Richtung Pürschling. Am Teufelsstättkopf vorbei immer am Kamm entlang auf den Hennenkopf (1.768m). Weiter auf die Große Klammspitze (1.924m) und den Feigenkopf (1.866m). Dann hinunter zum Bäckenalmsattel und wieder hoch zum Lösertaljoch. Dann Abstieg über das Roggental zur Ammerwaldalm.

This is a short but steep and technical route close to the city center of Cape Town. Route goes from the boom to the trig beacon at the top and back to the boom using the marked path. Using the chains or going around is acceptable. Check the this Strava segment before claiming an FKT on this route.
