Description

The Saglyk ýoly or Walk of Health is a concrete walkway and staircase that runs alongside the Kopet Dag mountain range in south Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, near the Iran-Turkmenistan border. The first 8km of the path was constructed in 1999 by Saparmurat Niyazov, who required his ministers top walk the walkway once every year. The walkway was expanded an additional 16mi in mid-2000.

This route combines the Leader's Trail and Serdar Trail into the longest continuous footpath.
