Old Womans Mountain (Kodiak, AK)
Old Womans Mountain is a 1,332' (406 m) peak that can be accessed from Aviation Loop via Clark Lane, and can be hiked year-round. The trail heads into the woods in the beginning, but the terrain quickly changes to a rocky ascent, often with streams or slippery rocks that can be unforgiving. With a few lookouts along the way, the trail continues climbing until reaching the terrain evens out.
Kashevaroff Mountain (Kodiak, AK)
Kashevaroff Mountain is a 1,929' (587.96 m) peak that can be accessed off of the Chiniak Highway located on Kodiak, Alaska, and is marked with a small wooden sign across from the parking lot. The trailhead begins on a four-wheel trail in the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge, winding through the muddy terrain and rolling hills until reaching rockier topography. While the trail is more moderate than difficult, bears sometimes frequent the area during the summer months, as the trail is located next to Salonie Creek and has tall brush surrounding the path.

Greenway South: Blowing Springs - Kessler (AR)
This is a paved trail that runs from Bella Vista, AR, (in the north) to the south side of Fayetteville, AR, in the south. This route goes a bit beyond the full length of the trail. It starts at Blowing Springs Park in Bella Vista, and is the farthest you can get (at present) on the paved trail going North. In the south, the Greenway ends (unceremoniously) at a road. Instead of stopping there, this route goes all the way to the trail connectors at Kessler Mountain Regional Park. This is currently the farthest one can go south on the paved trail.

Knaresborough Round (United Kingdom)
An established hiking route around Knaresborough, and the farmer's tracks in between (passing Scotton, Ferrenby and Goldborough).
Friendly horses, barn cats, beautiful woodland and lots of mud. Great fun, great route!
Taken from the Harrogate visitor centre website:
"This circular route around the Historic Castle town of Knaresborough takes in quiet lanes, river side paths and ancient rights of way as it circles the town."
