Hohenbogen Überschreitung:

Vom Hotel Birkenhof in Grafenwiesen aus über Nebenstraßen von Osten aus auf den Hohenbogen. An der ehemaligen Abhörstation vorbei auf Waldwegen und felsigen Trails die Überschreitung von Ost nach West. Nach dem Abstieg wieder auf Nebenstraßen zurück zum Hotel Birkenhof. Der Birkenhof ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt. 

25,5 km und 924 Höhenmeter

The route takes in approx 3km of road before tackling the 7 summits in this order:

1. Split Rock
2. Mt Exmouth
3. Mt Bluff
4. Grand High Tops
5. Macha Tor
6. Feba Tor
7. Fans Horizon

En Ecuador no existen muchas rutas registradas para realizar un reto FKT. Mi propuesta es recorrer una de las rutas establecidas de la competencia Ruco Ultra Trail https://www.rucoultra.com/  Este recorrido de aproximadamente 50 Km tiene inicio y fin en las cabinas del teleférico de Quito. La gran parte de su recorrido es sendero, mientras se asciende se puede observar toda la ciudad de Quito y todas las montañas que la rodean, además el clima y la altitud (Punto más alto 4620 m.s.n.m) lo hace más desafiante.  

The Skyline Trail #251 is the longest trail in the Pecos (and I'd reckon the entire NM Sangres too.) This elegant, but sometimes rugged and slightly overgrown, point to point trail runs along the ridgecrest for roughly 70 miles from near Barillas Peak east of the town of Pecos, NM making a giant horseshoe bend around the Pecos river valley to just beyond the summit of "Deception Peak" at the Santa Fe Ski Basin. The trail does not travel over the summit of the major peaks of New Mexico's Sangres and, instead, passes by numerous high alpine lakes at the base of the high peaks.
