La Boucle du Diable est située dans le plus vieux parc national au Québec, soit le Parc national du Mont-Tremblant. Cette boucle est utilisée depuis très longtemps par les amateurs de longues randonnées et pour le ski de fond hors-piste l’hiver. La plus grande partie du parcours emprunte une piste multifonctionnelle très bien aménagée, ce qui rend le parcours très rapide. Environ un quart du parcours emprunte un sentier très technique et peu entretenu ce qui contraste avec le reste du parcours.

Blå leden (lit trans: the blue trail) starts in Vaxholm harbor and stretches approximately 36km to Domarudden in Österåker municipality. The start and finish is marked by a huge anchor in Vaxholm harbor and the last/first blue marking close to the café in Domarudden. Along the way it passes Bogesund castle, Rydbo and the outskirts of Åkersberga. It is mostly moderate to easy trails with a few longer segments of gravel road and some shorter paved sections.
