Description

The route is a very scenic enchainment of narrow ridges & peaks in the Venedigergruppe / Osttirol / Austria. It starts from the Sajat-hut at 2600m high above Prägraten in the beautiful Virgen valley, with a steep via ferrata D/E followed by mixed terrain in terms of scrambling till UIAA II & easier ferrata parts up till C. You will encounter seven peaks including 3 above 3000m as well as breathtaking views, including the glaciers around Großvenediger – all being part of National Park “Hohe Tauern”. 

Alta Via del Granito (Italy)

Description

The Alta Via del Granito is a ring route that develops on the Granite island of the Cima d'Asta group - Cime di Rava sul Lagorai and retraces ancient paths and military roads built during the First World War, linking the two shelters on the group. It is a difficult route, a panoramic tour in stages, along which there are resting and refreshment areas. The Alta Via del Granito is passable from June to September. Good training and normal mountain clothing are required.

Plöner See Umrundung (Germany)

Around ‚Greater Lake Ploen‘ ( ‚Großer Plöner See‘), counter clockwise.

Start and Finish at Campsite ‚Spitzenort‘.

Track can be difficult in the souteast part around the village of Bosau due to heavy traffic and missing alternatives to road usage (especially during weekends).
