This is our most authentic podcast! We recorded this in-person, sitting outdoors, while maintaining a 7' physical distance - those birds you hear chirping in the background are real!
And what could be more important to talk about right now? Exercising outdoors is the single best thing you can do for your physical, mental, and emotional health ... AND ... we are in a pandemic, where safety (not just your own) is paramount, and physical distancing is the law. How do we resolve this?

This route is a paved path, mostly used by cyclists, that follows the Nidda River from its source to its mouth.

Redbird Crest Trail (KY)
The Redbird Crest Trail in the Daniel Boone National Forest is a 70 mile looped shared use trail. It is used primarily for dirt bike, ATV, and other smaller OHV recreational riding. The trails are mostly wider trails with an 11 mile section of single track designated for dirt bikes, bicycles, horses, and foot traffic only. The trails are rugged and technical with much of the trail being up on the ridgelines.
