The Hudson Highlander encompasses a tour through a popular range of trails, ridges, and mountains in the area.  This route ties it all together starting at the northern end ascending Fishkill Ridge and Lamb's Hill making your way south experiencing challenging climbs, fun descents, history on the trails, and sweeping views of the Hudson Valley.  It is a tough route, but a great way to embrace everything the Hudson Highlands have to offer in a single push.  Starting at Fishkill Ridge Trailhead sign will kick off your route and finishing by touching the gate at the Washburn Trail head.
