Located within the Govind Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park, the Kedarkantha trek is one of the most popular winter treks in Uttarakhand, India, ideal for beginners and even experienced trekkers seeking an easy to moderate Himalayan adventure.

The route starts on the south side of town at the intersection of Fairground Rd. and Main St. and runs to Woodstock Tower Rd and over the Massanutten mountain and until the end of Woodstock Tower Road in Ft. Valley, make a quick turn right to the Ft. Valley Country store and turn around and run back. 

Mount Karisimbi, rising to 4,507 metres, is Rwanda’s highest peak and part of the Virunga Volcano Range on the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. The ascent usually begins from Kinigi, near Musanze, within Volcanoes National Park.

I propose the addition of an "All Trails +2" variation.  Since the creation of this route, a new state park map has been published (same link as the original trail map).

They added the following trails:
- Cañada del Oro (CDO) Ridge Trail
- Alamo Canyon Loop

This variation is approximately 22 miles in length with 2700 feet of elevation (depending on how the trails are connected).
