Description

Starting from the center of Rovereto, the loop climbs up from Zugna and stays on the right side of the Vallarsa valley, reaching Rifugio Fraccaroli beneath Cima Carega. It then descends toward Rifugio Campogrosso, climbs again toward the Monte Cornetto group, and descends to Pian delle Fugazze.
From there, the return begins along the Pasubio group side, first ascending to Rifugio Papa, then to the Austrian and Italian Teeth, Piccolo Roite, Rifugio Lancia, and finally descending back to Rovereto to complete the loop.

Description

The Hayduke Trail is a grueling, unofficial 812 mile wilderness route through the heart of the Colorado Plateau, linking Arches and Zion while weaving through Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. Known for its extreme remoteness and lack of signage, the trail demands expert-level backcountry navigation, water management, and desert survival skills. Most of the route is off-trail, with hikers navigating slickrock, deep canyons even seeing the amazing grand canyon, high plateaus, and exposed desert landscapes.
