Osterfeuerkopf / Osterfeuerspitze
Only 1368 meters high, the Osterfeuerkopf (or Osterfeuerspitze as it is also sometimes called) is one of the smaller mountains of the Bavarian Pre-Alps. The path to the summit is relatively short, winding through the mountain forest on partially steep and rooted switchbacks and already offers great views of the Estergebirge and the Zugspitze on the ascent. Once at the summit, you are rewarded with a really amazingly beautiful panorama for such a small mountain, with views of the surrounding peaks and all the way to the Murnauer Moos.

Gale - Sing - Redtop Linkup
This route is a fun and challenging traverse of 3 peaks in the Southern Clark Range, Mt. Gale, Mt. Sing, and Redtop. Madera Peak is another prominent peak nearby, visible throughout the traverse. This seldom-visited side of Yosemite offers stunning views of the Sierra Crest to the East, and on clear days expansive views to the West. Get off the beaten path, and escape the crowds, this area is worth a visit.

Ruby Range Traverse
A classic Crested Butte mountain adventure with amazing views and consistent technical terrain. The Ruby Range runs north to south from Yule Pass to Irwin and is in remote wilderness area with only a handfull of trails crossing it. The traverse of the range is almost entirely off trail and includes large portions of technical terrain with scrambling/climbing up to low 5th class. Most of the route sits between 12 and 13,000 ft. A good understanding of the location, possible bail routes, and the technical sections of this route is mandatory before giving it a fast effort.
