Around the PARK "Temple of Heaven"

Description

One round trip of the famous park "Temple of the Heaven", the place existing for more than 600 years for the Emperor to pray for good harvest during Chinese New Year time in Ming and Qing dynasty of China.

Starting from North Gate, one round trip is 6.66 km

Vermont 200 on 100 (VT)

Description

Route 100 is widely recognized as one of Vermont's most scenic highways and is routed to minimize automobile traffic. With nicely spaced town greens for breaks, numerous scenic vistas, a number of long, steep climbs, the 200-on-100 is a true New England classic. It has for years been a biking challenge from the Canadian border to the border with MA, following 100 from Troy to Readsboro.

Appalachian High Route

Description

The Appalachian High Route is a ~ 330 mile loop that combines the Appalachian Trail, Mountains-to-Sea Trail, and Black Mountain Trail using the newly established "Burnsville Connector" as a connector. The route also provides access to nearly all the 6000+ peaks in the Appalachians. 

Thurweg

Description

The regional route 24 "Thurweg" follows follows the Thur almost from the source on Mount Säntis, to Rüdlingen where the River flows into the Rhine. This FKT is done in either direction, starting at the cable car mountain station Gamplüt (Wildhaus) and finishing in Rüdlingen at the Trailhead, or reverse. The vertical gain is about 1850 meter and the loss is 2900 meter.
