The route "Through the mountains to the sea" is one of the most famous in Russia. Previously had the number 30. it starts at the Lagonaki checkpoint and ends in the village of Dagomys on the Black Sea coast It passes near the highest point of Adygea - Mount Fisht. The hiking route requires about 6 days. There was a tragedy here in 1975, 21 tourists froze.

This route combines 3 trails in southern Ontario. Avon, Thames and Eglin. The trails all connect to one another. Below are links to the trail websites and FKT pages. 264 km total. This route starts in Conestoga(just north of Waterloo) and ends on the beach of Lake Erie in Port Stanley.
