Aragats 4 Peaks

Description

The Aragats 4 Peaks is probably one of the best hikes/runs in all of Armenia, and puts you at the highest point in Armenia. On clear sunny days it is possible to even see mount Elbrus, Ararat, and Kazbegi from the North Summit. Even just hiking all 4 peaks in a day takes some strength an endurance as you are consistently at altitude (Above 3000m) the entire time. To get to the true North summit requires an easy but very committing ridge traverse so you should be comfortable on 4th/low5th class terrain.

Wild South Coast Way

Description

A short drive from the Adelaide CBD, the Wild South Coast Way traverses a stretch of native bush perched precariously on plunging cliffs above a wild coast. Here, storms brew on the horizon, the sea churns and boils ominously below and trails rise and plummet between hidden beaches and waterfalls.

Stretch the Frontier of Hong Kong

Description

The boundary between Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and China can be regarded as the "frontier of Hong Kong", because there is immigration control or "closed" except to residents on the margin of the border. The Hong Kong side  is patrolled and controlled by the Hong Kong Police Force to prevent "illegal immigrants" crossing from Hong Kong to China and vice versa.  As China's economic development catches up with Hong Kong, some parts of the border are no longer "closed", hence it is possible to run along the border area.   This is exciting because it is "new".
