Proposed route is full Polish Coast traverse from German to Russian border. The lenght is about 588km and 2000m elevation. The start point is on the border with Germany in Świnoujście. The end point is on the border with Russia near Piaski. In fact there is no one official trail described, which will covers all coast with Hel. Proposed route is using existing trekking, nordic walking and bicycle routes to achieve the goal and make repetitive track. Every kilometer was running / walking by me during first attempt using information about existing routes and GAIA maps.

The Canal extends for eleven and a quarter miles from the Canal Basin in Tiverton, through the villages of Halberton, Sampford Peverell, and Burlescombe, to its present-day terminus at the hamlet of Lowdwells, close to the Somerset border.
