Cusco - Pisac (Peru)
This FKT simply involves going from the Plaza de Armas in Cusco (the cap. city of the province) to the Plaza de Armas in Pisac (the principle town in the Sacred Valley). You can go the other direction, but Cusco is quite a bit higher. Runners can take any route they like, but we'd recommend NOT running on the narrow and winding paved road, frequented by extremely aggressive drivers.
Puerta del Sol / Inti Punku (Peru)
This is one of the classic ascents in the Sacred Valley. Start on the Ollantaytambo side of the bridge and follow the very smooth, runnable trail up to the Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol, or Sun Gate) at ~3,900m (12,800 ft). The route climbs almost 1100m (3600 ft) in just over 8km (5 miles).
One can continue on upward to the (un-named) summit above the Inti Punku at 4,430m for a separate FKT.

Traversée des Perrons (Switzerland)
The traverse of the Perrons ridge above the Emosson dam is a classic mid altitude scramble.
Most of the height gain takes place in the approach walk and scramble. After that the ridge climbs and descends a number of towers along it's length. Most of the ground is not too technical. It is quite exposed in places however so you need to be reasonably confident with that.
Two of the towers need to be abseiled, the first in three sections and the second in two. A 50m rope is fine for this and the anchors are all bolted.
