Empire State Trail from Manhattan Battery park to City of Buffalo. Trail runs north to Albany and then heads west toward Buffalo passing Utica, Syracuse, and Rochester. Three major trails combine to make the Empire State trail. Erie canalway trail from Buffalo to Albany, the Hudson Valley Greenway trail, & the Champlain valley trail.

Another spur of the EST connects Albany with Champlain to the north, so that the complete trail system is 750 miles.

"The Suwon Dulle Gil (Suwon Perimeter Trail) is a 65 kilometer trail that roughly follows the borders of the city of Suwon. The route is about 35 kilometers through the hills in the north and west of the city, about 5 kilometers though some pleasant parks in the east, and about 25 kilometers of city running. It’s a nice tour. You don’t need to start with much water, as there are a ton of convenience stores whenever you enter a city part, or reach the bottom of a mountain.

Roman Road Circular Route is a 30.7 kilometer loop trail located near Conwy, Conwy, Wales that features a river and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, running, and mountain biking.
