The traditional Badger Mountain Skyline route that goes up and over the summit of Badger Mountain and back on a single track trail.

The first 2 miles up are a nice gradual climb and then you're on flat to very gentle rolling hills for about 0.5 mile.  You then go down the back side of Badger for 1.5 miles, which is the steeper side. Once you get to the gravel road and parking lot you turn around and take the same path back.

A walk mainly on farmland visiting the old church of St Martin and Chelsfield village, crossing briefly into Kent at its eastern limit on higher ground close to Crockenhill, with views towards the Thames. One of the Bromley Circular Walks, several of which can be linked to make a much longer route.
