A full loop around Valle de Bravo's lake. A tough but scenic route that goes through different townships, climates and ecosystems.

In 2019 bedachten we de Seven Summits: zeven rondwandelingen naar de Zuid-Limburgse toppen waar je het sterkst kunt ervaren dat je in de bergen bent. En nu is er de Dutch Mountain Trail! Een ruige wandeltocht van 101 km lang die de Seven Summits met elkaar verbindt. Hij loopt van station Eygelshoven (Kerkrade) naar station Maastricht over een route waar het echte berggevoel nooit ver weg is.

Trail travels from Tahoma, Ca on the shores of Lake Tahoe to Tuolumne Meadows, Ca within Yosemite National Park. This route mirrors the iconic PCT for the majority of the route, with the only deviation the first dozen miles within Desolation Wilderness starting at Meeks Bay trailhead up over Phipps Pass where the last 150 plus miles follow the PCT to Tuolumne Meadows. Total distance is 170 miles with around 40,000 ft of gain. The route has 4 HWY crossings and typically has abundant water resources with the exception of the fall season. 

The FKT may be done in either direction.
