Description

A steep climb leads up to the Rifflsee, followed by an amazing uphill run. After passing the Taschachhaus, there's a steep descent leading to the final few easy kilometers before the finish. The start and finish are located at entrance of the Rifflseebahn.

Tour du Cap Sizun (France)

Description

The route follows the GR de Pays du Cap Sizun long-distance hiking trail.
It starts from the seaside town of Dournenez and runs for 26 km, cutting through the Breton countryside to the coastal village of Plozevet.
From there, follow the GR34 coastal path along the sea to Douarnenez for 86 km.

Nicolosi - Rifugio Sapienza (Italy)

Description

Percorso di risalita del parco pubblico "Giuseppe Anselmi" di Nicolosi al Rifugio Sapienza, sulle falde del Vulcano Etna.

La partenza da Nicolosi è giustificata dal fatto che buona parte dei turisti che hanno intenzione di salire sull’Etna soggiorna in questo paese.

Sicuramente anche per chi corre è una posizione strategica e molto funzionale per i propri allenamenti.

Nello specifico, la partenza dal parco è pensata perché tale parco è proprio a fianco del palazzo comunale, in pieno centro del paese.

Emerald Mountain

Description

The route starts at the East Portal Trailhead sign in Rocky Mountain National Park and goes to the summit of Emerald Mountain. It follows a wide trail before turning north through social trails of scree and talus. The true summit is to the east, with a false summit that is slightly lower to the west.
