Il Cammino Fogazzaro-Roi tocca luoghi e ville cantati dallo scrittore vicentino Antonio Fogazzaro, e tanto cari al suo pronipote, il marchese Giuseppe Roi, un “diplomatico” della cultura e della bellezza della terra veneta nel mondo. Il Cammino Fogazzaro-Roi non poteva che essere concepito in occasione del centesimo anniversario della morte del nostro grande scrittore (1911-2011).

Landlocked between towering mountains on all sides, lies the remote village of Bada Bhangal at 2600mts above sea level. One of the few remaining villages in Himachal Pradesh India that is inaccessible by road. It takes 4 days of hiking from Bir for locals while crossing the mighty Thamsar pass at 4600mts to reach the village!

The route is connecting the west coast trail, to the juan de fuca, and Kludahk!

Either connection works in whatever order

The route is named in honor of Nuu-chah-nulth nation, and it means everything is one, or everything is connected. All these trails are connected under a nation with great history and now they are linked via this route as well. Decolonizing the way we engage with the outdoors is important, and it's important to do so by respecting the land we're on and acknowledging that. 

The Southern Circuit on Rakiura / Stewart Island is one of New Zealand’s most remote and challenging backcountry tracks. Normally promoted as a multi-day tramp, the full circuit can also be completed as a single push. The route travels through deep peat bogs, podocarp forest, exposed sub-alpine terrain, remote beaches and large wetland areas.

The Westmorland & Furness Way is a newly established long-distance trail running approximately 120 miles across Cumbria, from Alston in the North Pennines to Furness Abbey near Barrow-in-Furness.

The route was officially launched in September 2026 and links existing rights of way and trails through the North Pennines, Eden Valley, Yorkshire Dales and Lake District before continuing through South Cumbria to Furness Abbey.
