Es una ruta corta pero con un terreno desértico y complicado, muchas piedras, pocos tramos donde se pueda correr, siempre hay que ir atento para evitar una caída o una lesión. Hay que llegar al Cerro de las Noas cerca del centro de la ciudad de Torreón, Coahuila, México. Inicias donde se encuentra un letrero grande que dice RUTA DE LAS NOAS, hay como unas escaleras de madera mezcladas con las piedras del cerro.

The Cradle of Forestry in Brevard, North Carolina is the hub of all things endurance sports.  Two infamous peaks that define this beautiful corner of western North Carolina are Looking Glass Rock and John Rock.  "Through John's Looking Glass" is a route that summits both peaks.  Starting and ending at the John Rock trailhead, runners take Fish Hatchery Road east to the Looking Glass Trailhead and summit the first peak.  Once descending back to the road, runners retrace their steps back to John Rock, summiting the mountain in the clockwise position.  Fly down Cat Gap Trail and finish the loo
