This is a city centre running route. It is not suitable for a FKT. It might be a Strava segment, but not FKT. Btw, in the guidelines, it says: "Routes must be at least 5 miles (8 km) long or have at least 500 feet (150 m) of elevation gain."

Also Rusty, there is a an FKT of just the circumnavigation. 

Rusty, see the Three Sisters Trifinity Loop, which traverses the three sisters twice with a circumnavigation- in an infinity loop. I have been waiting for someone else to do it!
