Middle and South Tetons
This route begins and ends at the Lupine Meadows Trailhead in Grand Teton National Park. Following the Garnet Canyon Trail, it shares the first 4.5 miles of the approach with the route up the Grand Teton. Once it reaches The Meadows, the route takes a left onto the "trail" through the South Fork of Garnet Canyon. Some loose talus and strenuous boulder hopping leads runners up to the saddle between the Middle Teton and the South Teton, at 11,600ft. At the saddle, runners turn right, then follow the classic Southwest Couloir ascent route up to the Middle Teton summit at 12,804ft.

Ice Age Trail, Sheboygan County
The Ice Age Trail runs through Sheboygan County, with access points on the north and west border of the county.
The northern border of Sheboygan County on the IAT is met at the county line signs of Sheboygan County and Manitowoc County.
The western border of Sheboygan County on the IAT is at the Tower Dr and Forest View Rd intersection.
Throughout the route across Sheboygan County, approximately 20 of the miles occur in the Northern Kettle Moraine. The other 12ish miles occur on sections of trails and roads.
St Morrell's Round
The round is inspired by the medieval pilgrimages made to St Morrell’s Chapel on the hillside near Hallaton. Morrel who died in AD453 was Bishop of Angers in NW France. He went into self-imposed exile overseas before returning to be beatified for performing the miracle of Renatus which is shown on a mural in Anger cathedral. Some eight hundred years later a Norman overlord built a chapel in Hallaton and dedicated it to St Morrell. This is the only church in Britain mentioning Morrell and so it might have been believed that Morrell’s exile was in Hallaton.

Singapore Sea to Summit (Bukit Timah Hill)
The Singapore Sea to Summit route climbs from sea level to the highest point on the island at the Bukit Timah Hill Summit (163.63m). You may start from any point where you can touch the sea. One option is to start from West Coast Park along the Singapore island coastline, which is also possibly the shortest distance to the summit. Run along Clementi Road and turn into the Green Corridor briefly before reaching the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve Visitor Centre. Approach the summit via the main road and Summit Stairs to finally arrive at the iconic "Summit Rock".
