Cuckoo trail car park Heathfield to beach at Fort Fun Eastbourne. Cuckoo trail to Bannatynes and then via Morrison’s to Lottbridge Drove and along road to Fort Fun.

This is the trail route at Okutama area where is the west part of Tokyo. You can start from Hinatawada railway station of Ome-line and finish to Mitake station. You climb the two mountain, Mt Hinode and Mt Mitake during this route.
As the Mitake railway station that is goal point is close to Tama river, you can rest on the river side beach after running.
