The route is truly unique because you step foot in 5 different states in one day during this run.  The run starts at the Tri-State Marker (Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma) and then heads diagonally across the Oklahoma panhandle on Hwy 412 to the Texas/New Mexico marker.   Boise City, OK is the mid point of the run.   It's flat and consistent.   The elevation range of the run is 3500 to 5000 Ft,  with a gradual climb on the run that you don't notice (or you could run the other direction for a gradual elevation loss).   The people in the this desolate part of the country are very friendly.  I did

This walk leaves Heathfield via Sandy cross and then continues across fields to the village of Old Heathfield, (the original town). Passing through the Churchyard the walk continues to Cade Street. Cade Street gets its name from Jack Cade who, in 1450 led an army of insurgents to London.

Bukit Tinggi is a small town in Bentong district of Pahang. The town theme was based on a village called Colmar Tropicale in France. It is located 2,600 feet (790 m) above sea level. The development is inspired by the original town of Colmar in Alsace, France, with elements taken from ancient surrounding villages like Riquewihr, Turckheim  and Kayserberg as well.

Running one loop of Bukti Tinggi is 18.64km on roads, with EG is 600m. Kick off the FKT from the entrance of Colmar Tropicale and do the circumnavigation.
