Description

Sunwapta Peak is a 3315m mountain in the Canadian Rockies. It holds the distinction of being a nearly 11,000' slab of rubble poised across the highway from glaciated giants of the Columbia Icefield. Steve Tober set the previous ascent FKT in 1998, at 2h20m to summit, as recorded here.

Mount Vaux is a striking icy clad unknown giant in Yoho National Park, British Columbia. Mount Vaux reigns over the impressive Hanbury Glacier and the northern end of the Ottertail Range. The summit reaches a notable 3319m (10,889 ft.)
