This loop circumnavigates Nuns' Island (Île des Sœurs) along the St. Lawrence River over a mix of paved multi-use paths, sidewalks, and dirt trails, and can be run in either direction starting from any point. Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, the route delivers direct waterfront running, views of the city skyline and Champlain Bridge, and quiet trail sections through the Domaine Saint-Paul woodland.

The John Muir Trail through Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area is a rugged point-to-point trail through the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. The route travels through remote forest, sandstone cliffs and rock shelters, creek drainages, overlooks, and sections that overlap with the Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail.
