Can anyone confirm or deny if Conifer volunteer fire station is an allowed water source or not (it is technically not a commercial entity, but also not a public tap?)?

Gijs Mater and I will be attempting a self supported FKT this Sunday, starting at the train station in Ommen around 06:00.
