    This past Friday I set out to complete the full GAP/C&O in under 24 hours, solo w/spousal support, and was able to finish the ride in 21h 36m https://www.strava.com/activities/4113292291 More details to follow

    Great effort. I ran most of it over the weekend before last (missing out Hambledon Hill and staying in a pub though so a bit easier ?). Lovely to trace the river down to the sea. Walking down from Hengistbury Head was a challenge though! Well done.

    Great route with some fun scrambling on solid rock. Hard to move quickly through a lot of it due to awkward sized talus. but you can make up time on the 1.5 mile section of road at the base.

    The Tunnel Rd detour for Stewart Tunnel ads around 4/10th of a mile.  If I ever ran this route again I would be fine with that.
