A Maratona Cipó-Lapinha foi divida em três trechos e consiste no caminho antigo entre a Serra do Cipó e Lapinha da Serra. O caminho é partindo da Padaria Cipó, sentido Fazenda Tico-Tico, Mato Grande, Melo, Sede (Santana do Riacho) e, por fim, Lapinha . Trecho 01: 17km, sendo 2km de asfalto e 15km de estrada de terra. Grande perda de elevação, mas relevo tipo "serrote". Abastecimento de água é possível no Mato Grande (fim do trecho). Trecho 02: 13 km, sendo 1km de asfalto e 12 km de estrada de terra.
