Description

From summitpost.com:  "Mescalito is the pyramid-shaped formation splitting the Pine Creek Canyon within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (approximately 20 minutes driving time from downtown Las Vegas). From the approach trail, Mescalito looks like a miniature version of its near neighbor, Rainbow Mountain.

Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail (OH)

Description

The Ohio & Erie Canal is iconic to the culture surrounding northeast Ohio. Starting/ending in Cleveland, looping through Peninsula, running along the Cuyahoga River, passing through Akron, running along the Tuscarawas River, and ending/starting near Massillon, it gives bikers, hikers, and runners to opportunity to explore the culture and history of the region. There are several foot races hosted on the towpath but now it's time to see who can run the whole thing the fastest!

West Penwith Circuit (United Kingdom)

Description

The route on the Cornish coast encircles the area known as West Penwith by following the south-west coast path and crossing between the coasts via St Michael’s way, itself a well known route and FKT.

This section of the south west coast path features some of the most rugged and spectacular terrain in Cornwall whilst also passing through some tourist hot spots such as St Ives and Penzance. The terrain varies between tracks, fields, beaches and boulders.

Goldpfad

Der Goldpfad führt von Almerswind bis Goldisthal. Dabei orientiert man sich die meiste Zeit an den Flüssen "Grümpen" und "Schwarza". Entlang dieser Flüsse wird seit Jahrhunderten Gold gewaschen. In Neumannsgrund führt der Weg vorbei an Stollen in denen im Mittelalter Gold abgebaut wurde.
