Route of ascent and descent to Aspe peak (2640m) from the parking of the Candanchu Sky track (Aisa)

Aspe peak, one of the most emblematic of the Aragon river valley

The route ascends and descends by the same route.

Very rocky and technical loop around the beautiful Buffalo Mountain in Frisco, CO. Beautiful views of the Gore Range up high and tough climb last two miles up to Eccles pass. Did this route 3 days after I moved to Colorado and had the itch to come back and go for a FKT on it sometime.  Ended up being 2.5 months later. Great views and singletrack through the Aspens. Some of the descent is a little technical, and a tough punch back up after flying down the backside. Good luck to the next attempts.
