Jim Tenney posted the route on Turtlehead Peak:

Car to Car. Unsupported, to sign-in book and back.
Starting and ending in Sandstone Quarry turn out off of Red Rock Loop.
This is a very popular route with a big pay off view of Vegas and the surrounding peaks.

Blanca Peak (14,345') is the 4th highest summit in Colorado.  It is usually ascended from Lake Como (11,750'), but the road to the lake is so terrible that very many hikers start all the way down at 8000'.
