The Vertical trail in Åre to the summit of Åreskutan is a well known hiking trail in Sweden. The trail starts from the center of the town of Åre and follows the trail markers "Vertical K" to the summit of Åreskutan. There is a Vertical K race held every summer on this route.

Begins in Ludwig's Corner, connects the Horseshoe Trail to the Mason Dixon Trail, passing through Downingtown, West Chester and then into Delaware along the Brandywine River. Follows the white trail markers. 
59.2kms, 1,898' gain 2,195' loss if going N-S.

Unlike its name would suggest, Nine Mile Creek is actually 15 miles from its headwaters at Minnetog Lake to the Minnesota River. This regional trail was constructed to meander alongside the creek as it flows through the watershed communities of Hopkins, Minnetonka, Edina, Richfield and Bloomington. It’s a 10-foot wide asphalt trail that welcomes walkers, bikers and others using non-motorized transport to immerse themselves in the area’s diverse natural beauty, as well as connect with each other across neighborhoods and jurisdictions.
