Follow the continuous ‘Source to Sea’ National Trail along the ENTIRE length of one of the most iconic rivers in the world. From the source of the River Thames in the Cotswolds (Thames Head Stone, Kemble) to The North Sea in the Isle of Grain (Final England Coast Path sign, Grain Coastal Park). Travel along the ‘Thames Path’ until Woolwich Foot Tunnel, where the route continues on the ‘Thames Path Extension’ / ‘King Charles III England Coast Path: Woolwich to Grain’.

Start at Wyżnia Huciańska Przełęcz (Horáreň pod Bielou skalou) - 940m. Finish at Przełęcz Liliowe (Ľaliové sedlo) - 1952m.

Following a red marked trail and a paths on the borderline between Poland and Slovakia. Trying to not traversing main ridge summits and collect most of them.

Ran alone but supported as I recieved water deposit in the middle of the route. There is a possibility to gather water from a small snow melted ponds near Pyszniańska Przełęcz (Pyšné sedlo) but it can be risky.

Hard but beautiful Tatra adventure!

A flat, mostly paved, some gravel trail from Camp Douglas to Elroy. It goes under one tunnel that is about a third of a mile long.
