Four Pits Walk

Description

This circular route goes through some very pleasant East Kent countryside and visits the sites of former collieries of Betteshanger, Tilmanstone and Snowdown. The route is not way marked as many of the others in this region, but does cross cross on a number of other routes, passing through some small villages with some access to food and water.

A a well signposted, circular bike route showcasing the vineyards and orchards of Duras in the Lot-et-Garonne.

Duras is a hill-top market town that boasts a castle overlooking the Dropt river in Lot-et-Garonne area of Nouvelle-Aquitaine in south-west France. It's 80km south-east (ish) of Bordeaux, and not far from the Canal de Garonne Bordeaux-Toulouse bike route (which is signposted from Duras).

This route can also be combined with the nearby Circuit du Duc de Lauzan.

The Bassett Creek Regional Trail runs through Plymouth, New Hope, Crystal, and Golden Valley. It’s a fun little adventure that starts from the Medicine Lake Regional Trail near French Park and ends close to Theodore Wirth Regional Park. There is a project in the works that will link the Bassett Creek Regional Trail to the Grand Rounds Trail!
