    For what it's worth, I lowered the FKT through an after-work sufferfest. 1:06:00 for the one way, 2:15:24 for the round trip. Strava info: www.strava.com/activities/1595948512.

    When I ran the Maah Daah Hey Trail, it was 97 miles. The trail was increased to 144 miles with the addition of the 47-mile trail section called "The Deuce". This trail section was added around 2015.

    I'm sure someone could go well under sub 7 hours on this.  This is a great route but a very dry ridge line with very little water for the entire route.  If you attempt it be sure to plan carefully for your hydration needs.  I'm grateful to be able… read more »
