The Seward Range is one of the most remote areas in the Adirondack High Peaks, and consists of Seward, Donaldson, Emmons, and Seymour mountains. Seymour is separated from the other three by Ouluska Pass.

• Seymour has an elevation of 4,120 feet, Seward has an elevation of 4,361 feet, Donaldson has an elevation of 4,140 feet, and Emmons has an elevation of 4,040 feet
• Seymour is High Peak #34, Seward is High Peak #24, Donaldson is High Peak #33, and Emmons is High Peak #40
• Hike includes trail junctions, steep rock slab, unmarked trail, and bridges

The Longmynd Hike is a 50 mile route that takes place  over the first weekend of October every year. The route follows a set figure-of-eight route over the rugged countryside of South Shropshire and the Welsh Marches, with about 8,000 feet of climbing covering eight summits. The hike has been running for over 50 years established and still run by the 2nd Longmynd Scout Group and attracts up to 600 competitors ever year.
