Length of Lancaster 100k (PA)

Description

"The Length of Lancaster 100k" is a 62.36 mile, 100.35k course which starts at Lancaster County, Pennsylvania's southern border (with Cecil County, Maryland) and ends at the northernmost point of the county that lies on a public road. The first quarter of the course follows rolling hills with a steady overall incline through the shed of the Conowingo Creek before a mild descent into PA's famous Amish Country. Just after the 50k mark, the route runs through the outskirts of Lancaster City and then just next to the Lancaster Airport.

Harbour to Hawkesbury Track

Description

Back in 1993, Mosman Council initiated the concept of a Harbour to Hawkesbury bushwalk, which would connect to the Great North Walk. Supported by Ku-ring-gai Council and the NPWS, a bushwalking route was established from Manly to Berowra Waters. The Harbour to Hawkesbury route traverses the Sydney Harbour National Park, Garigal NP, Ku-ring-gai Chase NP and Berowra Valley Regional Park, using existing bushwalking tracks.

Sammamish River Trail (WA)

Description

The Sammamish River Trail is a popular 10.2-mile trail connecting Blyth Park in Bothell to Marymoor Park in Redmond.

King County describes the route:

"Starting at its intersection with the Burke-Gilman Trail near Blyth Park in the City of Bothell, the SRT continues east and south through Woodinville and Redmond, passing Bothell Landing, Sammamish River Park, Wilmot Gateway Park in Woodinville, Northshore Athletic Fields, Woodinville’s wineries and breweries, Sixty Acres Park, and Redmond City Hall and parks before entering King County’s Marymoor Park."
